Baggage

What you can bring is set by the fare you pick, and every fare says so in six lines before you pay.

Every fare includes a personal item

One bag that fits under the seat in front of you, on every fare we sell. Nothing else about baggage is fixed. A carry-on bag and a checked bag both depend on the fare you pick.

Check the fare, not just the price

Each result lists what its fare allows under What’s included, before you fill anything in. Six lines: personal item, carry-on bag, checked bag, changes, cancellation and seat choice. Each one is marked included, for a fee, or not included.

The same six appear again at checkout, and once more on the booking afterwards, so you can always check what you bought.

On a connection, the tightest flight decides

A journey allows only what its strictest leg allows. If the second flight includes no checked bag, the journey includes no checked bag — even where the first flight would have carried one.

That is why the list at checkout is one list per direction rather than one per flight.

Weights, sizes and extra bags

Those belong to the airline, and they change by route and by cabin. We do not hold them, so check before you pack. Every airline we sell has a page here with its phone number on it — see all airlines.

Extra bags are bought from the airline, not from us.
