Ticket did not arrive

The booking exists from the moment you see a reference. The email is a copy of it, not the ticket itself.

No ticket is emailed

Nothing arrives in your inbox, however long you wait, and there is no spam folder worth checking. This site is a demonstration: it takes a booking, gives it a reference and keeps it, and it issues no ticket and contacts no airline.

The reference is the booking

If you saw a booking reference on the confirmation page, the booking exists. Write it down: it is the one part of a booking you carry away from the browser you made it in.

It is on this site too — until you close the browser

Every booking you make appears under My bookings. There are no accounts here, so that list belongs to the browsing session it was made in — and a session ends when you close the browser, or after a spell of doing nothing. It does not survive to tomorrow.

So the list is empty on another device, empty after clearing your browsing data, and empty the next time you open the browser. Nothing is lost when that happens and the booking still stands. But the reference is the part of it you keep, which is the whole reason to write it down — and the reason is stronger than it looks.

The address you gave

It is stored with the booking and shown on its own page, under My bookings, so you can see what was typed. Since nothing is sent to it, a typo there costs you nothing.

Did this answer it, or are you still stuck?
